Synopsis

The Chief and his team have been assigned to escort a spy to Mexico for a prisoner exchange with the Russians – an American scientist is to be freed. However, Ironside and the spy are seized by a Mexican political faction. Ed must then hold off the Russians long enough to secure their release and ensure the exchange can proceed.
