Synopsis

An explosion has crippled the power station that serves a four-mile radius of the city. Then, a similar attack disables the backup generator at Police Headquarters. Ironside recognizes a deliberate pattern: someone is attempting to conceal something. The questions are stark: who is responsible, and what do they hope to achieve?
