Synopsis

At his local college, Mark encountered a band of freedom fighters who seemed to possess more defiance than good judgment. It soon became apparent, however, that their rebellious spirit was accompanied by a cache of stolen automatic weapons. The Chief was then faced with a difficult question: did this group truly pose a threat to the security of San Francisco?
