Synopsis

Thirteen-year-old Daniel was the sole witness to his mother's death. Yet, he hesitated to assist the Chief, burdened by the knowledge that Ironside had orchestrated his father’s imprisonment. Granting Marty Jessup a temporary reprieve seemed the only path for the Chief to solve the murder and, perhaps, ease the weight of his own guilt.
