Synopsis

Haunted by a losing streak, a man finds himself owing thirty-two thousand dollars to a local gangster. Detective Ironside sees an opportunity to finally bring the mobster down, but the path is fraught with difficulty. The only way to achieve justice is to persuade the gambler to become a witness against his benefactor, a proposition that forces him to betray the very person offering him a lifeline.
