Synopsis

Ed and his two colleagues apprehended a violent man, dismissing his threats as empty gestures. However, when two of his fellow officers are murdered, Ed becomes certain he knows the killer. Suspended from duty, he orchestrates a scenario to make himself a target, resolved to demonstrate the validity of his conviction.
