Synopsis

Defense Minister Kuroda leveled a serious accusation against Tony Stark: that he had attempted to circumvent controversy by secretly transporting plutonium into Japan aboard an unguarded cargo vessel. The ship has since been attacked, and the plutonium pilfered, creating a perilous situation. Donning the Iron Man armor, Stark declared his intention to recover the stolen material and vindicate himself.
