Synopsis

Returning to Kaede's village, Inuyasha and his companions shared the news of Kikyo’s passing. As they spoke, Kaede offered a somber explanation, suggesting that Magatsuhi, the malevolent spirit bound to the Shikon Jewel, had likely suppressed Kagome’s powers.
