Synopsis

When Kristen was three years old, her parents separated, and shortly thereafter, her grandparents passed away. She carried a sense of responsibility for these losses, though how she came to feel this way remained unclear. Later, Kristen’s mother remarried a man struggling with alcoholism and addiction, and his daughter introduced Kristen to drugs. By fifteen, she had begun using them recreationally. Now, Kristen uses heroin and cocaine, returning to her parents' home afterward to recuperate. Ove
