Synopsis

A difficult upbringing culminated in a stint at juvenile hall for arson, after which Chad’s father introduced him to cycling when he was fifteen. He quickly turned professional, even riding on the same team as Lance Armstrong. However, following his dismissal from that team due to what were described as “personality conflicts,” Chad spiraled downwards and began using drugs.
