Synopsis

Following a severe injury to his ankle, Ryan was prescribed opioid painkillers. Confined to his couch for a year, he found himself drawn to the emotional detachment they provided; now twenty-six years old, he struggles with a fentanyl addiction and has faced near-fatal overdoses on several occasions.
