Synopsis

The outreach team arrived at Philadelphia’s Heroin Hub and encountered Nicole, a thirty-nine-year-old woman struggling with heroin addiction and prostitution; she had called the neighborhood home for five years. They also met Janine, twenty-two years old, whose father had recently succumbed to an overdose just weeks prior.
