She plummeted from being a conscientious student and dutiful daughter into a world of drugs, reckless encounters, and open rebellion during eighth grade. At eighteen, she became pregnant with a daughter named Sadie. Now twenty-four, Kristen is battling a heroin addiction, claiming that just one taste of the drug was enough to en
