Synopsis

Katie was a striking woman, successful as both a mortgage broker and counselor specializing in substance abuse—and deeply devoted to her two children. A painful separation led to the loss of custody, triggering a descent into heroin and methamphetamine addiction. Years of use have taken a visible toll on her face, and her veins are so compromised that she now resorts to injecting drugs anally. To fuel this habit, Katie works as a webcam performer and engages in prostitution; her family lives wit
