Synopsis

Brittany had once envisioned herself as a police officer, driven by a desire to shield others from the kind of pain she knew intimately from her childhood. Now, at twenty-two, that aspiration feels increasingly distant. She is caught in the grip of heroin addiction and resorts to desperate measures—selling herself—to feed her need. Will Brittany’s family be able to reach her before it's too late and persuade her to seek help?
