Synopsis

The sudden death of a retired police commissioner draws Morse into an unwelcome reunion with Detective Chief Inspector Dawson, a man from his past. Working together, though with mutual distrust, Morse, alongside his colleague Lewis and Dawson, discover a disturbing connection to the unsolved murder of a young girl from eighteen years prior. To identify the current killer, they must revisit the details of that original, haunting case.
