Synopsis

A tragedy at sea draws the attention of the celestial powers. When a German merchant is found dead in the ocean, gentle spirits and Bacchus intervene to uncover the truth. Bacchus, burdened by financial woes, faces a difficult choice when a suspect offers a tempting bribe.
