Synopsis

The Red Suns had risen to prominence in Gunma, becoming the prefecture’s foremost representatives, fueled by a shared desire for the Emperor's downfall. Ryosuke, back on the streets, sought out Kyoiichi, driven by a need for retribution against the racer who planned to weaponize his motorsport theories against the White Comet. Meanwhile, Iketani and Kenji spotted a racer from a neighboring prefecture.
