Synopsis

The driver of the Eight-Six possessed an uncanny fighting spirit, a fact that prompted Seiji to lay down strict rules for the race. Yet, he chose to disregard them, unleashing his Evo IV with full power. Takumi found himself thoroughly outmatched; the sheer power of the Evo IV was truly astonishing.
