Synopsis

Joe, Q, Sal, and Murr find themselves in fits of laughter as they enact peculiar scenes behind a pane of glass, followed by tentative, uncomfortable proposals at the Top of the Rock. Meanwhile, the individual who suffers the most finds their speech failing them when addressing government officials.
