Synopsis

A clumsy plunge into a crowded pool sets off a chain of improbable events, culminating in the reluctant cooperation of strangers who agree to forward bizarre emails. Later that evening, the individual deemed the least successful of the group unveils a startling proposal for the community planning board, one conceived by a senior citizen.
