Synopsis

During an episode of *iCarly*, Sam loses a tooth, prompting Carly to take her to the dentist. While receiving laughing gas, Sam inadvertently reveals to the doctor that she and Freddie had shared a secret kiss. Carly is initially upset, feeling that friends shouldn't keep secrets from one another. However, she eventually comes to terms with the situation. Elsewhere, Spencer conducts an art class within a prison, where he and the inmates collaborate on constructing an enormous pair of pants. Two
