Synopsis

The season's premiere finds Carly and Sam vying for the attention of Freddie’s longtime friend, Shane. Unable to agree on who should pursue him, they establish a contest: the first to kiss him wins. Their repeated attempts, however, consistently end in failure. Elsewhere, Spencer hires an elevator repairman, only to discover the man is utterly useless, more inclined to dance than to fix machinery.
