Synopsis

The police have established a surveillance point in the loft, hoping to intercept those who illegally distribute films. Spencer is taken aback when he discovers that one of the officers involved is a childhood tormentor. Separately, Freddie and Sam wager on a contest, with the unfortunate loser bound to bear a tattoo of the victor’s likeness.
