Synopsis

Seeking a more suitable environment for their work, Carly and Harper discover a private women's club, presided over by a leader who is both captivating and exacting. Meanwhile, Freddie registers Millicent with the Sunshine Girls, but the girl instead organizes the other children into a workforce dedicated to expanding her cupcake business.
