Synopsis

Alan’s house is at last complete, and Sonja has expressed her desire to move in with him. His book, *Bouncing Back*, however, hasn’t found its audience and will now be destroyed; furthermore, Lynne's baptism is scheduled. Things are progressing smoothly enough, yet Alan finds himself haunted by vivid memories of a particularly difficult time – when he consumed four medium Toblerone bars and drove to Dundee with bare feet.
