Synopsis

Under the cover of twilight, Lucy slipped into the Mertzes’ apartment, intending only to borrow one of Fred's suits. She planned to commission a bespoke tweed jacket for his birthday. This act, however, sparked a suspicion in Ethel's mind – a chilling thought that Lucy might be the infamous neighborhood burglar known as "Madame X." Driven by this unsettling notion, Ethel began to observe her friend, determined to uncover the truth.
