Synopsis

Following his arrest for robbery, Robert Askew fled the assigned work camp and returned to theft as a means of survival. He was apprehended once more, but managed an escape from custody amidst a fierce hurricane, subsequently embarking on a series of burglaries targeting vacation homes.
