Synopsis

Walter Rhodes and two additional individuals stood accused in connection with the deaths of two police officers. In exchange for a reduced sentence, Rhodes agreed to testify against his co-defendants and was subsequently released after eighteen years. However, shortly thereafter, he breached the terms of his parole, yet steadfastly refused any return to incarceration.
