Synopsis

A concerned neighbor alerted 911 after detecting smoke emanating from an apartment occupied by Ricky Sleight and William Baldi. Police responding to the scene discovered Baldi deceased, while Sleight vanished, reportedly fleeing westward on a series of freight trains. With Sleight at large, the FBI has now appealed to news outlets for assistance in locating him.
