Synopsis

Sean Salley, a Manhattan drug dealer who dreamed of being a rapper, plotted with his associate, Andre Smith, to rob a rival. Their plan led them to an apartment situated above the Carnegie Deli, where they methodically shot all those inside, ensuring there would be no survivors.
