Synopsis

Freshly released on parole, Raymond Ross stole a vehicle, tragically striking and killing its young owner, Troy Bowman, a teenager. He then drove the stolen car back to his hometown of Humboldt, Tennessee, intending to dismantle it and salvage its components.
