Synopsis

Having been convicted of murdering a key witness set to testify against him, narcotics officer Marshall Brown received a sentence of life imprisonment. Sixteen years later, after demonstrating exemplary behavior within the prison walls, he vanished and resurfaced, once again immersed in the world of illicit drugs.
