This anime is something I really enjoyed, deserving of a perfect 10 out of 10. Kyoto Animation's work on it is so impressive that its age, being from 2012, isn’t noticeable at all. It’s a mystery series demonstrating how to piece things together, incorporating humor and some romantic elements along the way. There's a sense of significance in almost every line, both at the end of each episode and throughout; it’s satisfying if you want something different from typical shounen anime, but still familiar.
