Synopsis

On the second day, God fashioned The Hunters, and at Meyer's command, brought Jonah into their fold. The Hunters were angered, protesting vehemently that "The Hunt is no place for a child!" Yet Jonah pleaded his merit and revealed the veiled chants of a nascent foe. With the old woman departed, Millie’s brilliance illuminated unsettling truths as a Great Evil plotted to keep them shrouded in darkness.
