Synopsis

Novak welcomed the news that his old friend, Amy Rivers, a reporter for a national newspaper, was coming to Los Angeles to cover police work. However, Amy’s eagerness proved disruptive to an ongoing armed robbery investigation. Novak found himself perplexed by her friend’s lack of tact until he discovered the reason: Amy had recently developed a dependence on cocaine.
