Synopsis

Driven by a personal vendetta, Hunter and McCall hunt the perpetrator of a recent murder – a cold-blooded doctor from Central America. This doctor is a figure from McCall’s past, responsible for the horrific torture of the woman who cleaned for him and her entire family, an atrocity committed years ago.
