Synopsis

While on leave from his duties, Hunter finds himself drawn into the perplexing vanishing of a friend's newly acquired wife, a woman purchased through a catalog. The matter quickly escalates from a missing persons case to a homicide investigation with the subsequent murder of the marriage broker.
