Synopsis

A clandestine ring of corrupt officers pilfered electronics, their illicit activities culminating in the brutal slaying of a street gang member who had inadvertently witnessed their deeds. Simultaneously, Hunter offered assistance to a fellow officer, unjustly accused of murdering his wife.
