Synopsis

Driven by a grief that has festered for nearly two decades, Hunter and McCall pursue a sniper whose victims bear a striking resemblance to a woman who abandoned Hunter eighteen years prior. Concurrently, the personnel of the Police Department face scrutiny under the meticulous eye of an exceptionally efficient IRS agent conducting a comprehensive audit.
