Synopsis

From the sun-drenched shores of Hawaii, the young man arrived in Los Angeles, and a grim purpose settled upon him: he began to eliminate the city's drug dealers. Hunter and McCall were left with the urgent task of anticipating his actions, desperate to prevent further bloodshed.
