Synopsis

The fluorescent lights of the office cast a stark glow on the grim news: a parole officer lay dead, the victim of a single gunshot fired shortly after a scheduled meeting. The parolee, now a suspect, vehemently denied involvement. Hunter and McCall were tasked with untangling the truth, to track down a killer who had been systematically targeting parolees with deadly precision.
