Synopsis

A couple from California is seeking a more substantial home in Riverside, hoping to establish a lasting presence. She, having spent much of her life in transient foster care, has moved thirty-three times and is prepared to invest in a property requiring no immediate renovations. He, however, believes they can achieve their goals through resourceful space planning and cost-effective solutions.
