Synopsis

In Biloxi, Mississippi, two first-time homebuyers find themselves at odds as they navigate the complexities of the housing market. Their differing visions for their future home—one favoring the character and potential return of an older property, the other desiring a more contemporary farmhouse within a reasonable budget—present a challenge, particularly since one of them also serves as their real estate agent.
