Synopsis

Leaving the familiar bustle of New York City behind, a retired NYPD officer relocates to South Florida, seeking a home close to her daughter. She envisions a space suited for gatherings, ideally with waterfront views. Her daughter, however, gently cautions her mother to be mindful of the limitations of her budget.
