Synopsis

A young couple stands on the cusp of a significant change, relocating from New York to Dallas, closer to family. She envisions a home reminiscent of her childhood – a modest brick ranch. He, however, seeks a townhome that echoes the comfortable familiarity of their Brooklyn apartment.
