Synopsis

In Atlanta, a diligent mother navigates the search for a home suitable for herself and her two sons. She wrestles with the decision of whether to choose a property requiring renovation or a newly constructed one. Adding to the complexity, her mother also hopes to reside there, making the quest for a house with an additional private bathroom a considerable hurdle.
