Synopsis

Bound by kinship and a shared dream, two cousins are combining their resources to purchase their first home in New Jersey. Their search centers on a property offering a minimum of two bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom. However, a divergence in vision has emerged: one cousin desires the independence of a single-family dwelling, while the other is firmly set on the practicality of a low-maintenance townhouse.
