Synopsis

A couple, bound by a shared history since childhood, are now searching for their first home in the Minneapolis-Saint Paul area of Minnesota. He is keen to find a property with potential, perhaps a fixer-upper or duplex, that offers strong returns on investment. She, however, is determined to find a place ready for them to move into immediately.
