Synopsis

Just outside Alexandria, Virginia, in the appealing neighborhood of Del Ray, reside Holly and Steve Hartell, along with their daughter Nellie and their dog, Grady. Their modest, 1,200-square-foot two-story home, a first house for them, offers little storage for Steve’s collection of nine bicycles, and provides limited space for Nellie to run and play.
